What to Expect at Mustard Press?
Wondering what to expect when you work with Mustard Press? We’re your partner from the first phone call to final delivery. Because we’re vertically integrated, we can handle your entire project in-house—giving you a smooth, transparent printing process in Medford from start to finish.
Our Proven Printing Process – What to Expect Step by Step
Here’s the typical turnaround for an offset printing project:
Step One: Strategy and File Review
First, we listen to you and learn about your project and goals.
After you submit an estimate form, your creative team sends digital artwork files for review. We ensure everything is set for high-quality production, whether you are planning a local flyer or a complex presort mailing campaign.
For tips on preparing files, check out Adobe’s Guide to Print Production
Step Two: Proofing and Review
We’ll send you digital or physical proofs for your review. Once your team approves the proofs, we immediately move into production. This stage is critical for maintaining the high standards our Medford print shop has been known for over the last 40 years.

Step Three: Printing and Production
Once we receive your approval, our team prints your project. You can join us for a press check to see your materials in action. We calibrate our offset and digital presses to deliver exceptional consistency and vibrant colors.
Step Four: Marathon Bindery, Finishing and Delivery
After printing, our team moves your materials to our specialized bindery and finishing department. Here, we trim, fold, and package everything to your exact specifications. Finally, your project is ready for pickup, automated presort mailing, or local delivery—so you receive your materials on time and exactly as expected.
