Printing FAQ
Our usual turnaround is 10 working days for offset printing, 7 working days for digital printing. Please let us know if you need your job sooner—we can often accommodate you if our schedule is flexible.
For process color, our Epson proofs are calibrated to match what our presses will print. Variations between Epson proofs and printed pieces are incredibly slight. Epson proofing paper is high gloss and won’t necessarily match uncoated paper.
For Pantone colors, our Epson proofs are close, but will usually not match the color exactly. This is because the processes are totally different. The Epson proofer is using CYMK plus light cyan and light magenta, while a PMS color is actual mixed ink (like paint).
All monitors and printers are calibrated differently. Your monitor and desktop proof should be used to proof content only.

No, we assume that all jobs bleed. On rare occasions, however, if the paper stock you choose doesn’t come in the parent size best suited for your job it may save money if you don’t bleed. If this is the case, we’ll let you know.
